Thomas DiFilippi Jr.’s love of nature began at an early age. He admired his uncle as he took care of the family yard and on occaion helped out with his uncles landscaping business. Thomas passion for nature lead him to the Firefighting Academy in Northern California.


In his earlier years, Thomas worked as a firefighter for several years, which allowed him to develop his landscaping skill set and appreciate nature even more. Thomas has always been fascinated by how the outdoors can provide so much life-giving energy.


Thomas learned to stop fires as a firefighter, which gave him the skill set needed to nurture the forest. He also learned to appreciate nature more by cultivating and preserving the land. Thomas eventually turned his passion for gardening into a business and started Onesto landscaping company in the Antelope Valley.
